Sound is considered part of a trademark, if it accompanies thereof.<br \/>\nThe United Arab Emirates also use <a href=\"https:\/\/registrare-marchio.com\/en\/nice-classification\/\"><strong>Nice Classification for trademarks<\/strong><\/a>. However, <strong>a trademark application cannot claim more than one class<\/strong>. If you are interested in several classes, you will need to file a trademark application for each class you want to protect.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Filing-an-registration-of-a-trademark-in-the-United-Arab-Emirates\">Filing an registration of a trademark in the United Arab Emirates<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After trademark filing, the application is examined and the Ministry may impose whatsoever restrictions and modifications it may consider necessary for defining and clarifying the trademark in a manner <strong>to prevent confusion<\/strong> with another already registered mark or for any reason it may deem fit.
