{"id":11312,"date":"2023-11-20T15:35:40","date_gmt":"2023-11-20T14:35:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/registrare-marchio.com\/?p=11312"},"modified":"2023-11-20T16:02:58","modified_gmt":"2023-11-20T15:02:58","slug":"misleading-invoices-be-careful-to-the-scam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/registrare-marchio.com\/en\/misleading-invoices-be-careful-to-the-scam\/","title":{"rendered":"Misleading invoices:  false renewal notices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11187 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/registrare-marchio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/fatture-false.jpg\" alt=\"attenzione alle fatture false per pagamenti non dovuti su spese di marchi registrati\" width=\"465\" height=\"290\" srcset=\"https:\/\/registrare-marchio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/fatture-false.jpg 465w, https:\/\/registrare-marchio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/fatture-false-300x187.jpg 300w, https:\/\/registrare-marchio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/fatture-false-280x175.jpg 280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 465px) 100vw, 465px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, the sad fact of misleading invoices is still persisting, with the sending of fake information of trademark registrations, trademark renewals or fake inclusion in commercial lists.<\/p>\n<p>UIBM and EUIPO continue their information campaigns about these episodes and invite everyone to pay as much as possible attention.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/uibm.mise.gov.it\/index.php\/it\/linea-diretta-anticontraffazione\/attenzione-alle-fatture-ingannevoli\">https:\/\/uibm.mise.gov.it\/index.php\/it\/linea-diretta-anticontraffazione\/attenzione-alle-fatture-ingannevoli<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.euipo.europa.eu\/en\/trade-marks\/after-applying\/misleading-invoices\"><strong>https:\/\/www.euipo.europa.eu\/en\/trade-marks\/after-applying\/misleading-invoices<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More specifically, UIBM informs us that the requests of payment sent by post contain in the header the logo, address and contact details of MIMIT (Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy) and of the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM), as well as the falsifies name and signature of an executive of the Ministry, and these pieces of information could mislead users.
