Among others, there are:<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Objections-on-the-filing-list\">Objections on the filing list<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In these cases, it is requested that the definition of one or more <a href=\"https:\/\/registrare-marchio.com\/en\/nice-classification\/\"><strong>products and\/or services<\/strong><\/a> indicated in the trademark application is modified, for example because it is considered \u201cgeneric\u201d or \u201ctoo broad\u201d, \u201cvague\u201d or \u201cindeterminate\u201d.
